I didn't think at the time to take some stimulants or raise up my charisma. She's been my companion for 1/3 of my time playing the game so it would svck if I can't take it all the way get the perk. Are those things still open? Will she eventually open up again or will I need to do some kind of console reset on her? I've gotten past the point where she tells me she's worried about her little sister.

You will be fine even if you wudnt flirt at all you wud still get romance option after maxing out your relationship with her.(and if you fail that one it can be retried after a while)

I messed it up with piper the first time, the romance option was in red which made me think I had little chance of success so I didn't bother. Then I remembered I quicksaved just before the conversation, reloaded and Boosh! It worked.

It's a pain that females can't get Lady Killer. I just have to max out their CHR to get what I want.

I passed both attempts so far with a boosted charisma of 11 (base of 6 plus clothing 5)
