Although the population of people with dwarfism is very low in the real world, mutation can have some affect in the Fallout world and lead to an increase in the number of midgets. Would you like to see midgets in Fallout 4, maybe even play as one? I would assume one have some advantages like being harder to hit with VATS. Would add more variety to NPC's.

Wouldn't need resources to implement, just use a kid for body type with an advlt face.

I wouldnt care if there in and borderlands has a bunchof of midget.

There are dwarves in Fallout 1 & 2. No reason there shouldn't be any in Fallout 4.

Would we get to toss the dwarves? And if we were playing as one, would we risk getting tossed around by npc's?

PS: I am a horrible person, because when I shared an elevator with a dwarf living in my building, I did ponder, how far it would be possible to toss her.

PPS: Ok, possibly not so horrible, because offcourse, I'd never do such a thing. To anyone. It was more of a physics, strength, logistics pondering.

PPS and EDIT: More seriously... I'm for as much choice to as many people as possible. So I'm in favor of including dwarves as npc's and as a possible protagonist. I don't care, how rare it is, but if theres a dwarf out there wanting to identify with the protagonist of a fallout game, then by god let them. Kinda the only ones left out these days aren't they? And thats just wrong.

On a bit more serious note, I ~would~ like to see variations in height among the NPCs and the fact there is a BODY slider/option in the character creator may suggest you can alter the height of the PC to SOME degree, perhaps. Having everyone be the exact same height (or all women be the same height as all women, etc) got old quick.

I said "no". Not because I have anything against people with dwarfism. But because I know that the devs have a limited amount of labor & budget. I'd rather they work on more generally-applicable code & models, rather than spend the time on another body model (and head, since just using Little Kid would probably be seen as "inaccurate" and/or insulting) + all the attendant extra clothing/armor models/etc.

edit: and it just occurred to me - is this just some sort of effort to sidestep the "Beth won't let you kill characters using the Little Kid model" thing?
