Companions Glitched, unable to use them!

All my companions keep running away from me into an unaccessable area, I can make them spawn back at me, but they always will go back to that area if I have any of the follow me. Is there anyway to reset my character, I've tried teleporting anywhere and sleeping. It's the arcjet area, and it's inside the launch area. I cannot even do the brotherhood questline because he keeps running into the same area and just stands in an area.
