so sinse i started i had a constant chugger, hard to explain but its kind of a stutter, mainly notice when panning the camera slowly, sometimes it was smoooth but then it would start to chug, so get radeonpro 1.0.0.0 and set vsync to double vsync, i also have the ifpsclamp=30 my game is now very smooth, but i do notive imput lag, but for me thats better than this annoying as fuk stutter

with radeon pro youll ned to create a profile and select the fallout4.exe

i found using dxtory capped at 30fps still game me the same stutter, only did the double vsync fix it
