I've asked on the Steam discussions and never got a real answer. I've asked GameFAQs and never got an answer. I'm hoping to find an answer here since I can't find any information on the subject that isn't five months old.

Is there a schematic for the Nuka Grenade and Nuka Mine (even though the game misspells it as Nuke Mine)?

Well hell, I figured of all places, this would be the one to get replies and answers or at least theories.

Has anyone ran across any schematics? I don't think so. There doesn't seem to be any workstations to craft brand new things like that, so I doubt it. If it were in FO4, maybe it's an Easter egg with no true value.

i unlocked some cooking recipies from a quest. so i assume it is possible to unlock new grenade type if it exist. but 100hours into the game and i haven't found any yet

Well that's good to know. I haven't ran across any unlockables after ~25 hours, but I guess a nuka schematic is possible. Just need a mod, I bet.

Magazines add new things to add into your settlements and I read on the discussions that new crafting recipes come up later down the line. It seems odd they would omit the schematic for Nuka Grenades. Also, I'm pushing 110 hours and currently level 58, but I haven't even explored half the map and I haven't even stepped foot inside Diamond City yet.
