Liberty Reprimed Glitched. ~Spoilers!~

Hello there, I've stumbled on a very serious game breaking issue.

After speaking with Doctor Amari, I knew that I needed to locate and find a Dr. Virgil, out in the radioactive wastes of the Glowing Sea. So, like any good explorer, I decided to screw that for a while and start exploring the Glowing Sea to find anything that might be interesting to come back to. Whilst wandering, I came upon the Sentinel Facility, and like the naive girl I can be sometimes, I decided to head right on in and see what could be found.

As I fought my way through the bunker, I found myself in these tunnels, which were quite possibly used for Rocket Exhaust or some sort, standing infront of a massive Red Metal Door. I heard movement behind me and turned to see a very angry looking Glowing Ghoul, and entered V.A.T.S. to take my shot at him. Whilst pulling the trigger on my first shot, I was flung by some Magical Force, ( Or Q, who knows? ) into a large room filled with Nuclear Warheads and a few forklifts.

This started the "Liberty Primed Quest" early, and now that I've finally made it to the part where I need to start it, I cannot speak with Ingram, she just sits there with her default Dialog near the door to the Airport Terminal. I've searched around the internet for a fix and so far nothing's been helpful, so I decided to try my luck out here.

Here's a list of the Bugfixes that I've already tried.

-Using "resetquest bos301"

-Using "setstage bos301 16"

-Trying to locate a save nearby

-Using "competeallobjectives bos301"

-Starting the next quest

-Murdering Proctor Ingram

-Killing myself

So far, as I'm sure you've guessed, none of this has worked as of yet. So, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? I know the console is for debugging, but the commands just aren't working anymore.

Will get a screenshot of the quest log asap.
