This is pretty much how I feel about this game. It's a long and in-depth one.

Oh, so there's people who bother posting reviews that aren't ''best game in the series''?

This is definetely going to be fun to watch.

Ok. First off I REALLY got tired of hearing this guy whine and cry on and on and on. There is a way to give constructive criticism, and this isn't it.

Non-killable NPC's have never been a problem for me because I never just randomly kill NPC's. Why would I in a RPG. In a pure Shooter, sure, everything is just a target to kill, but if you feel like you must kill everything in an RPG then you're doing it wrong. This guy cries forever about not being able to do it wrong. I can still recall the threads after threads on the old Morrowind forums from people crying "Help I killed so-n-so and now I can't do X (which was often the MQ)", to which I would always respond "Well why the hell did you kill so-n-so?" Seriously just because you can doesn't mean you should. Again RPG, Role-Play. Would your character really just feel the need to murder NPC X or children? Is so then play another character or go play a shooter.

His rage on the leveling system was just way over the top. And I still can't figure out what he was so upset about. As he said himself the 'missing' skills are right there in the perks. The raising of skill points to unlock Advanced, Expert, Master locks are right there in a Perk rank now. It is an easier system and so far I like it a lot better than FO3. This guy just rages and rages but not once tells what, in his mind, would have been a better system. It's like he doesn't know what he likes, but he really knows what he doesn't like and is going to let you know about it in a whining fit.

As far as the factions go I think it's still an improvement over FO3. Course I'm not saying that Bethesda couldn't have learned something from FONV. They could have and should have. But, baby steps I guess.

I could go on but ugh. All but ruined my lunch.

That was pretty whiny for a "review". And he spent an hour on it - he should have edited it down to about 9 minutes, max. Frankly, LeBurns, your post was more succinct. And you are spot on - not only for that review, but a lot of negative posts on this forum are all "This svcks, that svcks" but most people don't have any useful info on how to fix something. In a lot of these games there are so many moving puzzle pieces that have to work together, lots of the ideas presented are probably not workable or if workable, at a great cost to some other feature.

I am having a great deal of fun with the game, but I don't think its perfect. (I've yet to find the holy grail of a perfect video game. *shrug* )- but considering the scope and scale of FO4, they have a hell of a good game here.

So I have been lurking around a fair bit - and I have to toss this out there - sixyNexy - why do you post so much on the Fallout 4 forum - I don't think I have seen posts of yours recently that wasn't a [censored] about the game - and you post a lot - enough for me to notice anyway. :) I am not trying to be rude - just genuinely curious. Are you hate-playing the game? Cuz that is what it sounds like. In which case, isn't the joke kind of on you?

I've watched and it's pretty dang terrible. I don't want to sound mean but this guy's ignorance level is way too high. He shouldn't be doing reviews at all, no offense. It's mostly just ignorant blabbering. However, he still makes some point and he wasn't too far off with some of Fallout 4's true problems but his ignorance to both facts and Fallout 4's content is way too high for this to be even a decent review.

Especially with the leveling system... His ignorance with that is very strong. I've been typing up a comment on this video as I've listen to it so go check out that beast. I just kept adding points and things to point out.

I don't mid negative reviews, but the minute he said he was a huge Fallout fan and has been playing since the release of New Vegas (that he bought by accident), I quite watching....

I kinda facepalm myself... I'm a huge Fallout fan myself but not really a true Fallout fan. I'm a fan of Bethesda's games meaning I really only played Fallout 3 and New Vegas. (New Vegas wasn't Bethesda but it was made on the same engine and had a lot of similarities).
