Can you guys not make it so that you had to choose between a good weapon or a perk in a quest? Perks usually always win out because there's probably going to be a better weapon anyways and my characters always feel incomplete unless I have all the quest perks...also can you guys bring the perks that you gain by doing things like breaking your legs a certain number of times or killing a certain enemy a number of times back? Please dont make us have to kill a friendly npc to do it though like in Fallout New Vegas where you had to kill mister house and other characters to eat them and gain a perk because it limits how people want to play and make their character.
