I really hope they scrap that disgusting single dimension moral system of FO3.

It was terrible.

I liked karma just because of the rank titles and the little vault-boy icons. Reputation I didn't much of an impression of since in the only one or 2 games of NV I did were Wild Card playthroughs so I didn't really care about the factions.
