The year is 2282, Megaton has stayed the way it always was, Rivet City is doing okay for itself, several more settlements have opened up, but the main story is about the mental hospital. When the bombs first fell, the personnel evacuated, but left the prisoners, some say the patients are mutated abominations still living there, others believe they are spirits haunting the place, but that is for you to discover in the hellish nightmare called the Expedition to D.C. Mental Hospital.

Biography: Hannah's parents were Shop Owners in Rivet City which was the place were she was born, her family is natives to Calgary, Alberta, Canada but over the years they migrated to the Capital Wasteland. When Hannah was a child she had only one friend and she was an advlt it was Angela Staley, Angela taught Hannah how to be nice but minipulative at the same time, when Hannah started to grow up she went down the wrong road and eventually started to do Jet her parents wished for her to stop but she ignored them and usually left Rivet City and went into the D.C. Ruins with the sniper she got from Flak after doing him a "favor". While in the D.C. Ruins she would go into an abonded hotel and snipe Muties and then return to River City get high and repeat the process.

Biography: Jacks earliest memories were of little lamplight, where he grew up. His childhood was mostly spent in what can barely be described as an infirmary, fighting off radiation poisoning. Once he was deemed too old to live there, he was sent to Big Town to join the rest of the advlts, but was too weak from a life of constant sickness to make it. He was found by a wasteland merchant, coughing up blood and hallucinating. The merchant brought him to Megaton where he was brought back to health. He lived there for just under a year, and has since been making a living as a bodyguard for any merchant willing to hire him.
