I don't care for the Enclave returning again but honestly when you get out of the Dam and see the Boomers blow up an armada followed by the Remnants drop down with Judah Kreger still in his uniform; that was a glorious moment in NV. I had goosebumps playing that part the first time.

The Enclave has spent a century or more holed up in bunkers or other protected habitats. Wastelanders have been exposed to the desolate environment that the Enclave had a hand in creating for that same time. By the forces of evolution, the wastelanders would actually be a bit superior for survival in the post-apoc environment because of natural selection. Darwin's theory states that the most evolutionarily fit species populations are diverse, not optimized; having a diversity of traits to best handle any change in the environment that occurs. "Social Darwinism" is something that Charles Darwin himself abhorred because of that.

I don't believe North Korea would be a major world power in the Fallout timeline. It sounded like China ruled the Asian continent.

More than likely we will see one character in the game that we will eventually learn was a former member of the Enclave. I don't think we will have them as a faction. On the other hand, wouldn't be surprised to see a few BOS who were ex-Enclave, maybe some of he scientist.

Well the game does happen around the same time as Fallout 3, so it's a possibility.

The joke was that North Korea was so backwards, so without infrastructure, so dug in, and so used to living on starvation rations that after the nuclear war knocked China and everyone else back in to the stone age, they were, by default, vaulted to the fore front of technology and their glorious leader used his armies to conquer all of China.
