Moira was definitely my favorite character in 3, but I'd rather she just stayed in Megaton. At most, I think she could contribute holo-tapes to broadcast a wasteland survival segment on the radio.

I'd rather see some new characters. She was ok. However, I didn't like her quests because they forced me to go to specific places all over the Capital Wasteland and I prefer to explore it slowly without quest markers xD

True, but if they we do see her as a return, whichever we see her as (human or ghoul) will lead us to whether canonically the LW blew Megaton up or not. I'd like to think he didn't (even if I did!)

Well, you could also orbitally nuke the Pentagon/Citadel, but the looks of things indicate that the CWBOS are thriving. Odds are good that, like previous Fallouts, that the hero of the previous game(s) are canonically good-karma'd.

That's one advantage that the Bioware method (where they don't put cones on the road forks) doesn't have: you can make events in previous games have a far greater impact on future games when you decree that one is "canon".

Fallout 2 as we know it could not happen if they had to take into consideration the Vault Dweller getting the Dip and invading Vault 13 as a super mutant. Or if Tandi died instead of survived to help found the NCR.

Considering the MQ and how Bethesda usually likes the canon character to be mostly Neutral/Good, I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Or if Megaton did go ker-plooie, then they could just ret-conn it to mean that SOMEONE did it, not necessarily Lone Wanderer.

I think they need to just focus on new characters and just a new game, to make it more interesting. If they want to bring back old characters I hope they do it in the form of ether a subtle easter egg nod towards whoever they are referring to, or the character whoever it may be has literally a walk on part and we don't see them sticking around.

I hope she returns as well and that she is a love interest for the PC, something about her makes me all tingly inside.

Err... And I thought I was a bit odd for making her the foremother of all the redheads in my vault in Fallout Shelter.

After he talks to me, he always seems to run down the hill to the south and meets up with Radscorpions. He usually dies shortly after.

Lore will say Megaton was not blown up because you couldn't do it in Japan, so they run 2 sets of lore (1 for Japan and 1 for everyon, make no lore for Megaton ever (maybe) or Megaton is safe (probably)

I sure hope not. She was annoying as hell. I loved getting the Dream Crusher perk in Fallout 3. Her extra repair skill with the perk was much more useful then running her stupid errands for her.

I would like Rhonda and good friend Tabitha running a stall in some settlement selling odds and ends to the 'dum dums'. Perhaps even selling Battle Cattle of their own

Why should they sell people from the legion...?

Battle Cattle = Caesar's Legion

Why not? Sell all the dum dums. If dum dums want to buy other dum dums then let them!

Only if she is a Ghoul. Yes, of course I nuked Megaton. :gun: Wanna' fight about it? I loved her character and it make the move to nuke Megaton so much sweeter when she was the only one still around. In the words of Matt Damon, 'Mass genocide is the most exhausting thing anyone can undertake. That and soccer.'

Lol. I had a teacher in High School that Moira reminds me of. Smart, kinda goofy, even brunette. Coincidentally, it was the same teacher i slept with.
