Hello, I was very excited when i found out that I have the required specs to run Fallout 4 (gtx 745, intel i3-1450 3.5ghz with 12 gigs of ram) but when i try to run it the screen goes black, then crashes. Any help?

Try deleting the startup movies -- the base one does the black screen issue like you describe for me. If you navigate to your game folder , under data, videos, its the intro game movie. (you can back it up by removing it from the folder.
