A strange bug comes up when I am in workshop mode in any settlement, the screen turns a distorted green, yellow or red which makes it near impossible to see what I am doing. Workshop mode works fine except for this random visual impairment making it almost impossible to see what I'm doing. This also sometimes occurs in V.A.T.S and makes the screen fully green but that is less common.

I'd post pics but apparently that's not possible, so I'll break it up so you can view the problem, might help.

your not alone been trying to figure it out, not sure whats causing this as mine does it too.

Happens to me every time My cursor is on an onbject in workshop mode, I am in the customization mode for power armor, or I am in vats. I hope for all our sakes it will be fixed

Make sure your graphics driver is the latest. Fixed it for me
