I want to know what drugs and things are currently affecting me.. What tab should I go to because so far I can't find it...

On the stat tab there are three options... (A) Stimpack (X) Radaway (Y) Perk Chart... Nothing else,...

Was wondering this myself.

Game says I am currently addicted to Bufftats & Psychobuff. I don't seem to be suffering an ill effects of these addictions

They gotta fix this what a huge oversight!

If you have an active effect, there is an option on PC to press Q to view the effects in the Status section of your pip-boy (where you can see limb health and progress towards your next level). Your addictions will show up here, as well. Keep in mind, though, that the addiction won't show up right away. I got addicted to all Psycho chemo after popping a Psychojet during the Silver Shroud quest, and when I checked my active effects, there was nothing there. I shrugged and started hauling stuff back to base, and while I was there, I remembered to check my active effects. At that point, the addiction showed up. So if you're not seeing anything yet, give it time. It should show up eventually.

Well even before you get addicted you ought to be able to see the effects and how that is affecting your attributes. On Xbox One I still can't find it...
