Building Issues

Having great fun so far. A few building issues I'd like to see resolved...

1. Searchlight light turns off when you leave and come back. It's powered and moving but light isn't on. Selecting and replacing in build mode temporarily fixes it. Perhaps due to too many lighting objects present?

2. Need quarter size roof tiles to go with quarter size floor tiles.

3. Badly need interior wall solution and interior doorway.

4. Need windows!

5. Need a filler strip for making two story walls without a floor in between.

6. Need an electrical conduit pass-through for walls.

Thanks Bethesda!

Agreed. There's a really good foundation for a building system here. Just need a few more options so I don't have to go into the console and select no clipping mode to get interior walls and doorways.

That's my #1 item on the construction wishlist. I often need double high structures...and I can build them, but it means either leaving a big gap between the walls or stringing an exterior or interior balcony at each tier, which can be cool, but creates a monstrous space requirement.

Of course, I know modding will provide everything I could ever want eventually. I expect someone will figure out an easy trick for collision-free building soon enough anyway allowing the default component set to build most arrangements. The current bag of tricks are rather convoluted.

I'll add to that list,

7. Offer an advanced option to disable collision checks. Let the builders decide if the clipping makes sense or not!

8. Fine tune position adjustment... ie, allow an object to be moved a unit along each axis.

9. Fine tune rotation adjustment... ie, allow an object to be rotated a degree around each axis (yes, pitch and roll as well, not just yaw)
