Disease creation

So I started playing Oblivion a couple days ago, and ironically found out about Skyrim (looks like it will be a wonderful game) recently. It seems like it is too late for suggestions and/or someone else has had this idea before (hopefully someone in the dev team did) but I was thinking, if alchemy can be used to make potions and poisons, what about disease? I personally think that creating diseases with some kind of generally evil type of alchemy could add a cool twist to the game. Some interesting things could happen if this were possible. Maybe a quest with a special plant like nirnroot again that can be used to make Porphyric Hemophilia(vampire disease)?

Perhaps also the disease doesn't always work, just like it doesn't always work for zombies and such.

Well, I can see where you're coming from, but why do we need to make Porphyric Hemophilia? It already exists.

True, I just think it would be cool to make other characters vampires. Perhaps we could make a completely new disease, like werewolf disease. And maybe even drink it ourselves if we wanted! o:
They could also use this is as a similarity to the practice of Necromancy in Elder Scrolls IV, and have large controversy over creating diseases.
