I noticed that the audio quality of spoken dialogues are sometimes afflicted with notable compressions artifacts.

It really destroys the atmosphere sometimes. Skyrim had this too, but much much worse.

This issue was observed by owners of the german (me), italian and spanish version so far:

Please think about releasing a optional (e.g.: as dlc) HD encoded audio pack for the localized versions!

Thanks for sharing also this issue for PS4 version. I hope that bethesda will fix this soon.

Same problem had to dumb down my 7.1 to 2 speakers so it doesn't do that...Have english version.
