Battle rifle that shoots 2 bullets for every 1 bullet you use (200% damage against everything) comes full auto but can be modified to be semi auto, has easy to find ammunition and can change to .38 rounds to be even easier to find, best AR or Sniper in the game I have found so far.

There are other weapons with that prefix. I have an assault rifle and a combat shotgun with that property. Still looking for a gauss rifle.

The big boy from the diamond city weapons trader is a fatman that shoots 2 projectiles per mininuke. Easily the most powerful weapon in the game.

Its definitely one of the strongest store bought weapons. Definitely worth getting if you like the combat rifle.
