The PC version didn't have a pre order button for first 3 hours on games website, finally popped up took me another 45 mins just to get it pre ordered but managed it just before stock ran out.

in from the uk and ordered my pip-boy from game. pipboy page says they cant send this item out side the uk because of the size and cost http://www.game.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product2_10151_10201__44____ProductDisplayErrorView?productId=663142
Which is not only illegal in the EU, as that "rule" was posted the same day FO4 CE was announced. Coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences, not after the xenophobic treatment they gave us.
But it was funny i admit to see Brits killing each other for it like a pack of hienas.
You're a disgraceful human being. And a xenophobe.
DarknessKnight I totally agree with you. I placed my order with Game UK to ship to Canada. The order was completed without a hitch and I did not see ANY mention of shipping restrictions. They sent me a nice confirmation email and I figured that was that. I got another email much later saying my pre-order had been cancelled.
I had a feeling ordering from the UK would be sketchy so I managed to snag another one from Best Buy when a small window of opportunity opened.
The problem is that this is such a rare collectors item that many people got the rug pulled out from under them and now have missed any further chance of securing this item because Game UK took way too long to sort their stuff out. I sort of suspect they may have left their pre-order button on for way too long and now have to match orders to actual stock.
So Knight if there's anything I can do to help raise this shifty matter to a higher complaint just let me know.
Basically ... the pricks should have made it clear up front that they would not ship my order, instead of making me think it was confirmed.
Thank you, i will not quit until someone higher up finally agrees that not only was this shady business practices and that Games.co.uk had discriminate behavior unfit for a partner. If they didn't discriminate then apologize in a public statement (which i doubt they will do this is not the first time they do this to foreigner's), but then they were incompetent which is also unfit for a business partner.
Couple things.
1) While I did initially feel sympathy for you losing your preorder because, hey, that svcks, insulting forum members who have done you no wrong makes it really hard for me to keep caring about your plight.
2) Stop misusing the word xenophobe.
I have taken into consideration to preorder from Game UK and I read their terms to see if they would be shipping to my country. It clearly says they don't ship >1kg abroad, so I understand and I quit. More people should do this before they press the preorder button.
