I'm hoping Bethesda goes to town with the Robotics Perk.

Codsworth has been confirmed as a companion, so that's nice.

I'd love to see some type of armor or repair system that allowed you to ad temporary perks to armor or weapons when you 'repair' them past 100% health- if that is going to even be something you can do in the next fallout. Something more involved than Oblivion's 125% repair perk like additional headshot damage or additional damage towards an enemy type as disclosed per weapon class. That'd be neat.
