So I have put about 28 hours into the game on PC already and have been enjoying if for the most part. Last night though I encountered Vault 114 and attempted to open it. I went through the whole sequence with pip boy and the console, but the glass door over the button never opened and my character acted like he smashed the button glass and all. Of course the Vault door never opened and I just sat there puzzled for a few minutes. This same bug also occurred earlier for me at vault 81, but I thought I just had not met the requirements yet and moved on. On top of all of this too is the fact that I cannot activate VATS and all.

On day one of release I did make some changes to the .ini files to make the game more playable. I unlocked the 30fps deal and set it up to 60fps. I also worked on the mouse acceleration problem to fix the micro stuttering. I do not remember the exact changes I made because after I relaunched the game everything worked perfectly and I was able to get out of Vault 111 with no issues. I should have in retrospect wrote down every change I made, but hind sight is 20/20.

Does anyone else have this issue and has anybody found a fix without using console commands?
