I've been attempting to record my playthroughs of Fallout 4 with OBS, but have been putting off the main quest because any populated scenery causes my FPS to crumble to around 20-24FPS; in Sanctuary alone, when I'm not recording, I can hit a max of 45FPS. The only time I've managed to get a solid 60FPS was at the Red Rocket garage outside Sanctuary, or inside Vault 111.

Here are my specs:

AMD FX 8350 4GHz 8-core (4 physical, 4 virtual).

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

24GB DDR3 1866MHz RAM

AMD R9 280X 2GB

F4 auto-signed to Ultra Quality; have disabled GodRays and shadow distance & quality are on low.
