Part where you have to follow Deacon to the old highway to find the "tourist". After he acknowledges the third and final railroad sign... the one where he says it means there's a friendly near by and tells me to take the lead in the conversation with the tourist he just walks back the other way without ever going up the tourist. The tourist says he'll speak to me as soon as my friend gets up there, which never happens cause Deacon turns around and starts patrolling the other way.

Is there a console command to move this quest along? I tried the command to complete it, but it just causes a whole lot of problems with the Railroad... unable to get any other quest after that.

I also tried "placeatme" for Deacon next to the guy... still doesn't work. He just stands there and the tourist says the same thing.
