During the special videos and the menu fallout 4 will drop to 0 fps every 1-2 seconds and then continue only to drop to 0 fps again. I've desribed it as someone standing behind you hitting the pause button as you're watching a movie. The game is completely unplayable. My setup is GTX 970, AMD FX 8350, GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3, 4GB DDR3/1600MHZ x2, and an EVGA 600w psu.

I've reinstalled the game, all my drivers, updated BIOS, and tried everything I can possibly think of. Anything helps as I am desperate and willing to spend any amount of money to play this damn game. Thank you!!
