A deathclaw companion like Goris

Post » Sat Nov 28, 2015 6:11 am

Since the deathclaws appear to be even more menacing this time around, it would be cool to see at least one or two intelligent, talking deathclaws, similar to Goris or Xarn, who we can recruit as a companion. Especially a deathclaw like Goris with that cool star wars robe, lol.

In my opinion they actually lose that extra menace if there existed a companion one, part of why they are so menacing to begin with is because they are by default a ever present, mortal danger to you.

I'm usually indifferent towards graphics, but a physics enabled robe on Goris would be glorious.

Lol and watch as a towns militia/police open fire on you as soon as they spot you and your deathclaw goes in and slaughters them all! "Ready to go [censored] some [censored] up? Let's go pal!"

That's why Goris dawned a robe.It allowed him on his scholarly pursuits to visit settlements surreptitiously.

Having Goris as a special encounter might be fun, but overall? The Enclave wiped out the sapient Deathclaws and killed the Broodmother. Goris was the last.

Indeed it would. If not, hopefully someone can mod it out.

That would be too dope. Of course, it would have to be more than just raiders attacking to even out the odds. Maybe some super mutants and behemoths also attacking.

The circle is not complete if I cannot construct a throne of trash and debris, with two chained and tamed Deathclaws on it to guard me as I hold court.

I would finally be the king on the wrought-iron throne.

Like Stripe in Higgs Village in the Old World Blues DLC. I like that idea.

Maybe a genetic/transplant experiment where they combined a Deathclaw with a dog, or put a dog's brain into a Deathclaw.

I still want something like a more in depth and better made Baby deathclaw commander. It should be a LOT of work but you can raise it from egg to (possibly intelligent) fully grown deathclaw. It would be awesome if he\she showed affection for you as well and if you could use the fact that you raised a deathclaw in certain conversations.

Now you're talking! Raiders with MIRV nuke launchers?

That would be a blast! Pun intended, lol. :swear: :gun: :flamethrower: :chaos:
