Alternate radio station

Ok this is based off of a rumor so take it with a grain of salt .

it was rumored that the voice actor for Three-dog would be reprising his role as said character and it got me thinking ,Three-dog always gave you his view of your actions and he was always slanted towards the good karma ,I would like a counter point to his character ,say a Raider run pirate station with not only edgier (think punk tunes) but a DJ who also gives their views on your actions (with a lot more colorful language) slanted more towards evil karma.

What would you guys think of that ?

That would be interesting. It would be a little bonus for those that want to go down that road.

I'm not opposed to this idea. It would be fun to switch and hear the raiders complaining about all the good I'm doing "Watch out for that Lone Survivor kiddos. When this bad ass comes to your den grab the big guns and have plenty of med-x and psycho ready cause he's taking no prisoners."

I'm not sure what 40's/50's punk rock would sound like. Was that even a thing? Maybe just more Elvis/ early Rock music.

I want there to be several alternatives to Three Dog. Really don't care for that hypocrite.

I'm thinking the raiders themselves would have bands for that it's a great way to pump everyone up right before battle (think Mad Max: Fury Road perfect example of Psy ops)

I'm thinking it would sound very primitive. War drums and such.

I think that it'd be great if the evil karma radio station played filthy and seditious teen rebel music like Doo-wop and Rock and roll.

But on a more serious note, a bad karma station would be incomplete without fun old songs like "A to Z Blues," "Butcher Pete," "Shave em Dry," etc.

Three Dog didn't make it in to Fallout 4.

They had talked to him about it but never got backed to him.

But maybe if there is some DLC down south, they will get some new Three Dog broadcasts.

I'd rather go back to the Pitt than see what's cooking in the Capital Wasteland again. Or Philadelphia.

Philadelphia actually seems like a prime candidate for DLC. Fits in with a Revolutionary War theme that Boston also facilitates, with things like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. It also is the City of Brotherly Love, which could lead to some irony if its the location of a clash between different factions of the Brotherhood of Steel.

He died back in 97 I think? Edit: looked it up he died April 12 1999

I think what happend was he shot his mouth off about being in fallout as ThreeDog and someone at Bethesda basicaly said We already agreed we are not talking about Fallout. Period. And thus ended the story of Three dog.

Philadelphia would be good. I'm hoping for a Lovecraft inspired DLC. Creepy seaside village, weirdo NPCs, horrifying creatures, it would be so good!

Wouldn't surprise me. I certainly wouldn't put up with that kind of nonsense from a professional. And, if that is how it went down, I'd include Three Dog's dead body somewhere in a Boston Raider with another NPC commenting that he got killed for talking about things he shouldn't have.

Except he said he was given permission to make the tweets that alluded to it. Apparently later on he tweeted that it wasn't a project affiliated with Bethesda Softworks.

Even if Three Dog reappearse... he wouldn't be the main radio guy. If we believe the kotaku leaks (and they did leak pre-war stuff and Preston Garvey and his quest) the DJ will be someone called Travis Miles.

Three Dog(or rather his voice actor) has been doing some voice work for the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkxWd1QlO9I. Not only has he appeared in their Fallout History video series, his voice is also getting put into the http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58473/? companion mod. As far as I've heard anyway, that was what he was referring to when he tweeted about reprising the role of Three Dog.
