Unfortunately there are two problems with the textures of Fallout 4, please dear delevopers take care of them!

Here they are:

1) Many textures doesn't load at all or take too much time to do so.

Your artists made good looking textures, but everywhere in the internet people bash the game for the textures not looking good.

Most people believed that this is because the resolution of the textures is too low, while it actually seems that that isn't the problem.

The problem is that the engine doesn't even load half of the textures. Or loads them very slowly.

Boris, the maker of the ENB mod have already found a fix for that, and those who use his mod can play the game with the textures loading properly and thus looking clear and crisp.

2) It seems that the sudden frame rate drops everyone is having is related to textures loading.

While the game runs at like between 50 and 60 fps most of the time at my computer, every now and then it suddenly falls

between 12 and 28 for like some seconds, and then it goes back up to 50~60, in the same area. It was obvious from early on

that this happens when the game tries to load something, and right now I believe that 90% it is the textures loading that are causing the trouble.

Now I don't know if its because of their size, their format, or some coding problem, but this is something that affects even people with high end computers,

and it is also what is not allowing people with a graphics card weaker than those of the minimum requirements to play the game.

Because I tried the game with an AMD HD 6850 1GB, which is weaker than the minimum suggested, and with my settings it is that I get the frame rates I mentioned. (50 to 60 when the game doesn't load textures, 10 to 30 when it does). Please fix this, it would help everyone, both those with good enough hardware that its just an annoyance for them, and those who can't play the game currently only because of the sudden frame drops that happen every now and then, so it worths your time.
