The problem I've had is ever since alt-tabbing my game after a firefight, my screen has had this effect like an injury - faded colors, blurs on the edges, and sometimes near-sightedness. It does not effect the PipBoy menu, HUD, or items examined. Normally, I would load an older save, but thinking this was a temporary effect, the most recent save i have from before this happened is near the start of the game. I have tried dying, reloading, healing, sleeping, looking in the console commands, but can't get rid of this filter. Has anyone had this and found a solution?
