Fallout 4 Stability Issue

I've noticed that the longer I play FO4 on ultra (doubled shadow resolution, grass, ugrids 7), the more glitches and slowdowns start to manifest.

Specs:

i7-4820K @ 4 GHz

16 GB DDR3-1866 RAM

EVGA GTX 980 4 GB 'FTW' Edition

2x 1 TB 7200RPM Standard HDD

The degradation seems to happen in stages. Eg..

Textures fail to stream in time, leaving very low LOD placeholders present for up to 10 seconds.

All AI begins to lose stability, often running into walls or firing blindly at nothing.

All assets fail to load, causing loading screens while walking around at a normal speed.

Fallout4.exe has stopped responding infinite loop, relaunch required

Other than the LOD bug in the quarry, has anyone seen my symptoms after 3+ hour play sessions?

VRAM overallocation seems to be a thing as well, after 6 hours 3.95 GB were being used. Is the game cleaning out old textures?
