BoS finale - Game Breaking Bug - SPOILERS

So I am at the end of The Nuclear Option with the Brotherhood of Steel. I just need to talk to Ingram and the Shaun kid/synth/clone, whatever he is. No matter what dialogue options I choose with him, no matter how many times I reload, at the end of the conversation I am stuck. The game doesn't back out of the conversation itself, I cannot exit the conversation, I am just forced to stand there in front of the kid with him repeating the same two lines over and over again. "Let's go!" he yells enthusiastically. And I think to myself: "Oh dear little ****, I really wish we could."

The same thing happened at the end of The Nuclear Option with the Railroad, but in that case I could work around it by speaking to Tinker Tom first and completely ignoring the kid, but with the BoS if I try to speak to Ingram first, she backs out of the conversation telling me to speak to the kid first, so I am screwed.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there another way around it? I would seriously appreciate any help, since I am at the end of the game's main story line and would like to actually get an ending.
