When you unlock the MacCready perk "Killshot", instead of giving you +20% headshot accuracy in VATS, it gives you plus 2000% headshot accuracy, guaranteeing a 95% headshot accuracy (the maximum) no matter what gun you are using, no matter how far away your target is. As far as I can tell, every single player who unlocks this perk experiences this same bug, so it's probably a simple decimal point error - I'm assuming some idiot input a variable as a percentage when it was supposed to be a fraction.
I have two questions:
1. Is this bug going to be addressed in a patch relatively soon? It seems like an insanely easy bug to fix, and it's completely broken the difficulty curve of my game. It took me a little while to discover the problem (I did two missions with a lot of close range combat after unlocking the perk), so the most recent hard save I have that was before unlocking MacCready's perk was like 10 hours ago (I mostly use quicksave).
2. How on earth do bugs like this, that aren't experienced by a small percentage of unlucky players, but are experienced by every single player who accesses this content, make it into your games? No other AAA studio has bugs this blatant and universally experienced in their "finished" products. I'd like to know how long the list of known, guaranteed bugs was that your software team was not allowed to fix before release. You have QA people, so you absolutely knew about this bug. You simply chose not to address it, and many others like it.
