Well these Navarro guys aren't nice. Guess they are just bored ;).

I would pick Harold, I guess.

Or Herbert "Daring" Dashwood from FO3. Loved the story around him, Argyle and the Rockopolis. Was quite disappointed when I found out this is a dead end, except for some loot :(.

Augustus Autumn. Maybe what we killed was really just a synthetic person and he's back again to cause trouble?

Crazy Wolfgangs traveling caravan of crap would serve useful given that's every item would serve some purpose and Quinn from underworld since he's the traveler could be possible in the fallout universe.

Would love to have her as a companion, or at least be able to join her Rangers.

Not necessary want him to come back in upcoming titles, but it would have made sense to have him in Broken Steel. (if you had spared him in the main game)

There should be someone to lead them after all...

Marcus, only because he is the only character left, that would fit the current timeline, that I like.

I just hope they have a decent villain ala The Master or Frank " Have a nice day " Horrigan in FO 4.

FO 3 and NV villains were meh in comparison to those two. At least they thought big.

Even the AI in FOT thought world domination.

Mr House thought bigger than any other villain (or hero depending on perspective) before him, he had plans to colonize other worlds in a century

Desmond Lockheart is a no-brainer for me.

If not him, then the pre-war relic hunter and ammo-maker, Sydney would be nice to see again. She was a temporary companion for just one quest, and she had more personality and character depth than all the actual companions combined.

I do hope we find a Gary clone in some strange place in the Boston Commonwealth. Perhaps in a cryogenic cot in Vault 111 or in the bar in the Memory Den or.. other.
