Weird Green Haze : Fallout 4

I have this weird green haze that won't go away on my screen not sure if this is supposed to be in the game or if I am having some kind of rare/weird bug but it makes it nearly impossible to see anything in the game and I have tried multiple things to get rid of it, but so far no luck? Any ideas?

I went to a old game save and it didnt happen on there so whats going on?

I think you re stuck in nv mode

Enter the Console via the Tilde key (~)

Thank you that first one worked unfortunately I went back to my old save and re did a quest but now I know how to fix it thanks!
