IF I keep my settlement -1 from my cap will I be able to send Companions and Supply Routes back through it indefinitely?

I have been looking...where are the limits posted/noted at? I have seen 23 settlers and 3 or 4 companions at single settlement (e.g. the nanny robot, dogment, preston, and cait all at Sanctuary), but then dismissing I notice sometimes I cannot send a companions back to a settlement.

It's 10 + Charisma. Odd it bumped up higher than that maybe you were wearing Cha clothes or drugs.

Ah thanks, that makes sense as i have 10 charisma Black-rim glasses (CHR+1), Destroyer's Helmet (INT/CHR+1), and "Sharp Combat Armor Chest" (CHR/INT+1) makes 23 i presume that means I will lose one if I drop one of those or -2 when i finally get around to getting Liam's Glasses with the CHR-1
