An actual use for the Pip-Boy App?

I'm serious about this. In Fallout 3 and New Vegas, the Notes/Memos menu was, and let's be fair hear, completely horrible. No real way to organize them or anything like that, the texts were on very small screens that were a pain to read, and going back and forth to read things was just kind of a pain in the neck. But if this Pip-Boy app for your phone lets the text take up the whole screen, it might actually be a good way to read these things.

Still wish the game would pause when opening the menu though.

On a similar note, would our Pip-Boy app be disabled when the game is actually paused?

These are good questions, I'm really not sure what to expect with the App.

From what i understand you can use the app at anytime. As long as you have a Wi-Fi connection you will be able to manipulate your inventory, holotapes, etc. I hope its functionality is ok and not telling me " force quit" all the time haha.
