Fallout 4 will not start : Fallout 4

Hi,I installed the fallout4 when I tried to turn it on a black screen appears after 3 seconds throws me to the desktop. I have installed the latest patch.The game sometimes start up but only in the window at the lowest resolution. My pc:
Intel celeron g550 2.6ghz
4 gb ram
Amd Hd 7770
Win 8.1

For example witcher 3 need 6gb and it run on my pc without problem

I think you need more than a celeron too

. Specs are fourth gen i5 or better I believe

Unless things have changed, the celeron is a low end budget chip. But the requirement s listed are a bit higher than what will run it. I was able to get it to work, albeit on low, on my old pc with an HD 6870 with 1 gig of memory. Can run on ultra on my gaming computer with just a R7 370. I bet it would run on 6 gigs of system memory too

You're clearly below minimum requirements but I would still like to ask if you have the latest GPU beta drivers for the HD 7xxx series? Latest driver was 15.11beta.

People with better PCs have the exact same problem. I'm sorry, but this is a systemic issue that people with the TITAN have. There's more to it than just specs. A specs issue would cause the game to run SLOW, not crash at start up.
