On windows 10 there are a number of shortcuts from the controller and keyboard to do things like record, or simply open the xbox app dashboard. These work for games that have been added to the xbox app game list. I've added fallout 4 there, but still the shortcuts don't work in-game. I added fallout4.exe since it's the process I see running when the game is running.
