I have two phones, one android and one windows phone. I tried the windows phone first. It's running 8.1 and has the Fallout Pipboy app published by Bethesda. When I run the app and select PC, it fails to find devices. When I installed the same app on my android phone and tried it, I was able to connect without issue. Any ideas how to get the app to work from the windows phone? The android belongs to another family member, so I can't always use it.
