Sometime around completing the Dangerous minds quest and about 48 hours worth of gameplay in I've encountered an issue where my VATS points wont work properly. I can no longer spend more than around 1/5th of them, for a sniper rifle this means I can only shoot once! and affects the distance I can run and most annoyingly the jet pack which can only manage a tiny hop.

I've tried resting for over 24 hours, chems, the cure all addictions chem, stripping myself of all items (minus quest items) and then equipping only a rifle and bullets and nothing is working! I really don't want to loose nearly 24 hours of real life progress, I just don't feel I have it in me to repeat all the work I've done again.

Is there anything you guys can suggest to help this issue?
