Quick question regarding bugs and bug report thread

Is, or will Bethesda be taking an active role in acknowledging the bugs currently within their game, such as they read that bug report or someone here sends a bug report to them? I've noticed that the bug report thread is up to 11 pages long, and the Pip-Boy disappearing bug, is becoming more frequent and more annoying because everytime I have to quit back to desktop, then reload.

The other reason I ask this, is because when Maxis' mess of a game SimCity was released, Maxis took no role in addressing bugs and it took so much yelling and screaming on the forums, before Maxis would even acknowledge there were bugs in their game, because at the time, Maxis was clearly stating how there were zero bugs in their game, and they only responded once their forums hit like hundreds of posts labeling each bug. I can see that is different with the forums here, but I just thought I would ask maybe if anyone would know what the plan for Bethesda will be, as we are nearing to a week out from release?

And a question about the bug reporting thread, do we make a new post for each new bug we run into, or do we edit our existing posts in that thread? I don't understand why we have to give all those specs on our PC's if it's already been posted at least once before, and we are making a new post in the same thread.

Thanks!

Just would like to add that, I'm having extreme issues now with quest NPC's responding, or doing what they are supposed to be doing. For example, let's say I'm supposed to meet someone at a location; I will not be able to converse with that NPC. Or if an NPC is supposed to walk from point A to point B, they won't do it, and reloading does not seem to fix the issue in some cases.
