Right guys. I need your help. So I admittedly did something wrong with installing some mods and for some reason, when I open up the options in the launch and try to change some graphics and hit okay, it is not saving those changes. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall fallout 4. The problem persists. I honestly don't know what to do from here. Help?

The inis are problably set to read only so the mods won't be uninstalled.

I was afraid of that. I took out all of the mods and separated them from the fallout 4 folders. I just tried to reinstall fallout 4 and try it again. Problem still persists. Anything I can do?
