If I where to order the pipboy edition for PC can I get it on steam? what medium will the game come on?

THe Pip Boy edition is sold out I think everywhere now (Even in Europe? Not sure there). If you wanted a copy, you are about a week or more too late to the Birthday party.

Pretty much this. I would say your best bet would be to check on eBay (extortion, I know!) or to see if any are traded in after launch

Game's coming out on Steam, XOne, and Ps4.

I'm sure there's a physical copy for PC as well, but I very highly doubt you'll be able to get yourself a Pip-Boy Edition through any means other than paying exorbitant prices on E-bay.

They were kind of a pain to try and get when they were in stock and re-stocking. They're all but done now so I imagine this is when the struggle gets really real for anyone still trying to get one.

One avenue that maybe worth considering is Store preorders. What occasionally has happened (and this knowledge comes from working at a Games Store once) is that some people who preorder dont come through with the entire money when the game is released. For whatever happened their fervor at the announcement diminishes to the point where they either dont have the money to finish the deal or get cold on it. These units are put back into circulation. It dosnt happen all that much anymore, but you still get a couple every so often. Id actually go to your local stores and put your name down with them and say you are interested. They wont take any money (well they shouldnt) but at least the knowledge is there that there is someone chasing one.

Going in person is a big thing in this, calling on the phone people are less memorable.

The pip boy would not be on steam. It was at a select few places online for a week. Sold out now. As far as I know it appears to be an online only. Don't think any stores were going to have them at launch.

With all the settlement building and crafting on top of what was there before, what other 'features' were you expecting?

it's not me. I just mean that whatever his features are are going to be super specific to the point of them not being included or not as fleshed out as he'd like. I already have a copy ordered.
