So i've heard this thing is private - to the point where it wont even be broadcast on their live twitch account..
But does anyone think there'll be other live streams from IGN, another twitch account or something?

Doubt it, if they arent streaming themselves then I assume they plan to not allow anyone else.

if it's similar to other "exclusive" demos, we'll either see much of it released by someone sneaking a camera into the presentation or see most of it's details a month or so later in a long trailer. Not too worried as even if there isn't many official details, the dozens of videos over a hour in length discussing the 30 min presentation leads me to believe there'll be many sites offering their impressions within hours of the presentation in varying levels of detail.
