This is my spec, and Driver is 358.91 latest from Nvidia. I used DDU and clean installed.

I googled and tried various methods before consulting the forum. I tried the following provided by reddit and steam forum

bTopMostWindow=0 bMaximizeWindow=1 bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=0 iSize H=1080 iSize W=1920

Edit that in the INI file produces no result.

All assistance are welcome

Thanks

I don't have any issues with driver version 358.50, looks like you're forcing the game into a maximized borderless window and not fullscreen with those settings?

I tried every setting, also I can't seem to save under windows 10. I made myself administrator and gave full control over the folders. I'm at my wits end

I tried 358.50 as well and downloaded 359.00 none works

I am using Windows 7, and I also have this issue. The game will just hang up on a black screen with blue spinning loading circle until I shut it down with the task manager.

I have gone all the way through Bethesda's support emails, tried every one of their suggestions. New drivers, old drivers rolled back to June, the latest 359 one, no driver helps. I changed resolutions, and tweaked and remade ini files for hours, disabled SLI. Nothing helps.

I can play the game in borderless windowed mode, and I have been, but I have no idea why the game refuses to launch in full screen. I got it to do so once or twice, but it always goes back to hanging up. I have no idea what the conflict is, but all I can do now is appeal to the community for help and just wait and hope a future update unbreaks whatever is broken.

I'll see if I can dig up the post I read earlier, it involved setting permissions in windows 10.

Fixed everything and works 100%.

Do all of this http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1546656-saves-broken/#entry24517944

and disable one drive. Everything should work
