I have permanent "night vision + blur" effect. I don't have any addiction, I've used only 3 radaways during game. I tried to sleep 3 days, no changes. What can it be?
lvl 17 - no perk with night vision?

Try ticking wetness off, from the settings outside the game. Otherwise there are some commands you could try, can't find the link sorry.
