So uhh yes, I get some serious stuttering problem. But first, let me start with my system specs.

Intel Core i7-4712HQ @ 2.30 Ghz (up to 3.1 Ghz)

8GB DDR3

Nvdia GeForce 850GTX 4GB DDR3

1TB HDD

Using the Game Ready driver too.

The game starts good. (I capped my game to 30fps, but I can probably go over 45+).

Then after a major gun fight my game is going to start to stutter, the more gun fights I go into, the worse it gets.

Alt+Tabbing fixes it.

I tried the borderless window thing, iPresetInterval to 0, ENBoost and nothing seems to fix the stuttering.
