*This thread is for people to share their Ideal character/persona in the fallout universe. You can make up a backstory, or anything else to give your character more detail. From a vault dweller, to a raider, to a BoS member, Whatever you picture yourself as, we want to hear and discuss it! I'll include my own character in the comments as an example.

Known Affiliations: As of 2277, Leader of a Faction, and trading Company by the name of the NSAC (Nova Scotian Arms Company). Ties with Atlantic Trade routes and other naval businesses.

Additional Info/Biographical information: After Leaving *Vault 63 at his assigned date, October 2285, Mr. Davidson had almost instantly began the process of ghoulification. All others in his exiting party sickened and perished within weeks, except him. This party of 10 included his Brother, Wife and 6 year old Daughter.
Mr. Davidson reported a long period of depression and mental anguish after the loss of his family. For decades, Alan lived alone, far from other survivors. Preying on those he did come across for supplies, and equipment.

According to Mr. Davidson a Yao Guai Attack eventually rendered him severely injured, and unable to treat the wounds himself. He was found and brought back to a Coastal settlement along Eastern Nova Scotia by a group of Traders. They Agreed to save his life in exchange for helping run and protect the Caravan headed for Halifax. Along the way, the small band of traders grew to a respectful company.

When the company reached what was once Halifax, left irradiated and in chaos after the great war, it was only the beginning of their plight. Alan spent decades, and eventually an entire Century building and protecting the Caravan in honor of those that saved him all the years ago. His Dedication would not allow his mind to turn feral, like most ghouls.

He was intelligent, merciful, and charismatic, emerging as the leader, and dubbing the Company the Nova Scotian Arms Company (NSAC). Soon his tactics became much more ambitious. Allying with, Assimilating, or crushing any smaller companies that dared to compete. Once the NSAC had the chance, they moved in and wiped out the remaining enclave forces residing in Halifax Harbour. Opening up a world of possibilities for the buisness.


A simple band of traders became grew into a powerful, multifocus organization, eventually gaining a monopoly in the Nova Scotian province. Weapons, Chems, Protection, mercenaries, medicine,and Naval Transport and trade routes.

By the Year of 2277, Alan Wanted to expand his reaches beyond Eastern Canada down into the south. Hearing of rumoured lands with harbours, and organizations capable of making advanced technology beyond anything humanity as ever seen, Alan Took a small fleet down to the area known as "The CommonWealth."

Mr. Davidson reports his fleet of ships were attacked and destroyed by a large airship off the shores of Boston, Washing ashore with all of his men and equipment gone.

This is where the team found Mr. Davidson, and everything in the report seems to check out according to our follow up investigations. We will be releasing Mr. Davidson back into the Commonwealth when it is seen fit.

Known Affiliations: Several Trade Caravans throughout New England and DC as far as the Maryland border. DC BoS. Underworld. The Railroad. The Regulators.

Additional Info/Biographical information:
Vault 76 was designed to reopen after 20 years and all dwellers released, with a GECK. After the original inhabitants left, "squatters" moved in and started running the Vault as a village. All of the computers and environmental systems were fully intact and in the Medical Bay is where Jameson was born. At age 18 he left the Vault to become an explorer, He travels the East Coast with Trade Caravans, acting as a guard. Prefers to talk his way out of sticky situations, but is highly efficient with Unarmed Combat as well as with rifle-type weapons (ballistic or energy). Generally a character of high moral standing (Good Karma)
Jameson eventually comes across a young mother and her daughter cornered by a Giant Rad Scorpion. He fended off the beast, but received a sting, directly to his left hip. He took the woman and her daughter back to 76. Later he married the woman and took the girl as his daughter. For now he has settled down and gets along by opening the kitchen of 76 as a restaurant and inn.

Additional Info/Biographical information: Born in a Brotherhood of Steel bunker, Maxwell was raised as a Brotherhood of Steel member of the Chicago BoS. learning about the events that transpired that faithful day when the airship crash, and of the Warrior. From the information gathered after so many years, it is assumed the western BoS is dead, or at least dying. He learned that they could not change and stuck to old traditions that would not work.

He very much believed in the ideals of the codex, wanting to preserve the old world to help the new. he almost always volunteered to go out on mission related to obtaining old artifacts, whether it was picking it up from a local tribe, to merciless blasting raiders down to get it from their liquidated hands. There were several times where he skirted the line and sometimes went slightly far to obtain tech he thought needed to be kept by the brotherhood for safekeeping, many called him a more benevolent form of the ancient stories about the "inquisition" except in relation to those who would abuse tech, instead of witches. He has even angered some of the more independent tribes with this, which has not helped the BoS's already not great image.

On the other hand, while he is heavy-handed when it comes to tech, no one can argue with his FIERCE protection of those he is sent to protect and teh fairness with witch he tries to obtain the tech unless he is pushed. He also helps anyone of any mutation, heck, one of his greatest allys and friends is that of one of the drill sergeants, a Super Mutant. His preferred weapon is that of a super sledge, though he is known to carry a Laser Rifle and Laser Pistol on occasion.

as of 2277, he is a Paladin, and leader of a group of his own, of which everyone jokingly (or for the raiders, seriously) the Inquisition. Maxwell, with the allowance of the elder council after months of debate with them, has sent a small contingency if his "inquisitors" to the area known as the commonwealth, believing the myths and legends of the "institute" existence and that they have created some form of android. No one besides Maxwell actually believes these myths and are simply humouring him since he rarely fights so hard for something like this and they do not think they will find anything there............
