Bethesda support issues

I, like a few others in these forums, haven't been able to play Fallout 4 at all (and we don't know what is causing the issue) however we can't use your (Bethesda's) support to help us as we always are greeted with an automatic response prompting us to visit your site for 5 quick 'fixes' that clearly haven't worked for us. It's distressing to know that the developers of the game I literally bought a new PC for have not even made an announcement addressing this issue, and even more so that you cannot provide support other than a forum in which the majority of aid comes from the users.

Sorry for the little rant, I don't mean to disrespect Bethesda if (and I most certainly believe they are) they are aware and working hard at squashing these bugs, but coming to a week after release and no "have faith, we're getting there" seems to have already caused quite a few refunds and I expect quite a few more until the issue is addressed by Bethesda themselves.

From a lover of some of your previous titles, and hopefully soon of FO4 too,

Jack

Hi suspiciouslemon!

If you receive a response that isn't helping to resolve your issue, you can reply back to it to let an agent know you need further assistance.

What? I just re-read an auto-response that was sent to my ticket, to be sure, and nowhere in the response does it mention that we can get further support for our technical issues by "responding" to said automatically generated resopnse. That's pretty important information, wouldn't you agree? Why do I need to read a random forum posting to know how to properly use your technical support channels?
