My Pip-Boy came with a button on top pushed all the way in. I've tweeted Bethesda (no response) and sent a support ticket. The support email just gave a list of common issues with the game and directed me to here to the forums for other issues. Amazon wasn't able to do anything either since they are out of stock. So how do I get my Pip-Boy fixed?

You won't find help here. You're best actually writing to bethesda or calling their phone number. Don't rely of social media.

I talked to Amazon again since it's obvious Bethesda isn't going to honor any actual warranty on their products, and was curious if there was anything new from them since a lot of people online apparently have this problem. Amazon said I could return the whole collectors edition and get my full money back even though I redeemed the game on Steam already or I could take a $40 partial refund and keep it as is. I still feel the devs have done a great job making the game and I'd at least like to support them so I stuck with just the $40 off. Figure someday once college-work and work-work calm down I can take it apart and try to fix it permanently.

So if anybody else is disappointed they might want to talk to Amazon if they ordered from there.
